This facility is only available on certain goods and assets. Invariably the rentals paid by the client are not directly related to the total cost of the goods or asset. E.G. a vehicle which is hired for a fixed period of time but no requirement is factored in to continue using or own the goods after the contract ends.

The rentals are typically fully tax deductible and the facility does not appear on the ‘balance sheet’ of the customer.
