About our services

  • Our firm acts as a credit broker, we are not a lender. We have access to a restricted panel of banks and lenders and do not deal with the whole of market. We will act in your best interests, to source credit terms from our panel of banks and lenders, which we believe, based on the information you provide us with and the facts at hand, are most suitable for your requirements. If and when a credit facility is approved, we will then present you with the lenders credit agreement, detailing their terms and conditions.

  • Any approved terms and conditions presented to you, may differ from initial quotations, written or verbal, prior to receiving the lenders approval.
  • The lenders credit agreement and documentation may include Personal Guarantees and Indemnities. Before deciding whether to accept and use any credit facility, you and any co-signatories, must take time to read all the contractual terms and conditions, to fully understand and assess if they are affordable, suitable and acceptable.
  • We arrange a variety of lending, which includes hire purchase, fixed term leasing, minimum term leasing and loans. For minimum term lease agreements, you must give notice direct to the funder In writing, at least three months prior to the end of the Primary period, should you wish the agreement to end at this point. Otherwise, the funder may continue taking rentals as you are still using their equipment.
  • Where we have arranged a lease facility for general goods or equipment, subject to all payments being made i.e., the satisfactory completion of the lenders lease contract, you may nominate a 3rd party of your choice, to buy the goods, at the end of the lease period, for a nominal one-off fee, typically no greater than one additional month’s rental. In the event that the agreement is settled early, within the first 12 months of activation, we reserve the right to charge the equivalent of up to 3 months rentals, to buy title of goods. Where we have arranged a finance lease for a vehicle, unless otherwise stated, the lender will charge a fee typically 5% of the vehicles market value to transfer title, whether this be at the end of the lease period or if the agreement is settled early.
  • If you, or any co-signatories, do not fully understand the terms and conditions you are considering committing to, you must obtain independent legal advice beforehand.
  • We encourage you to ask us, at any stage, if anything is unclear.
  • You may wish to shop around for other sources of credit, before deciding to commit to a credit agreement presented by our firm
  • We are not tied to any lender on our panel and will seek to source credit terms, from a range of lenders
